Project Description
This five-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage is 3400 sq. ft. and built on an engineered structural slab with hydronic in-floor heating (supported by a propane boiler with on-demand hot water). It includes a custom kitchen with handmade cabinetry, antique furniture and finished with marble and sandstone countertops. The walls are ICF with white-washed pine square edge v-joint coverings, and the floor system is engineered LPI, with the second-floor finishes in wood. The cottage has a secondary forced air propane furnace increasing air control, and it is equipped with air conditioning to complete the temperature control system. The property is surrounded by granite flagstone pathways leading to the beach and dock.
